MFS-400A 1-8KHZ 400KW 610A中频感应加热机

MFS-400A 1-10KHZ中频感应加热炉采用IGBT为核心元件,工作功率400KW。MFS-400A采用模块化设计,内部结构由镀锡纯铜面板组成。MFS-400A配有机器工作状态的状态监测系统,还可以对其自身的工作参数进行实时检查。借助先进的监控系统,MFS-400A可以在其自身的高价值组件上进行完美的自我生产。因此,作为JKZ的成员';MFS-400A系列具有较高的稳定性和较长的使用寿命。

就其用途而言;中频感应加热机主要用于加工较大零件,如钢筋/铜棒锻造加热、齿轮生产、螺栓/螺母制造、农具热处理、汽车零件热处理、黑色金属和有色金属熔炼。

此外,与本系列中的其他加热设备一样,MFS-400A还具有手动和自动模式的触摸屏控制系统。在手动模式下,功率输出百分比可设置为0-100%;在自动模式下,用户可以选择现有模式,如定时器模式/温度模式/电源模式/RS 485模式/额定值模式/能量模式等,以便进一步操作;
